Polycarbonate Sheet Corrugated

• Store in a dry shaded place, protect from direct sunlight and rain
• Avoid covering the sheets with heat absorbing materials
• Avoid contact or environment of chemicals
• Protect the sheets from any physical damage

• Apply sealing tape along the side-lap metal sheet’s corrugation crests on both sides
• Apply sealing tape along the Lotus Corrugated sheets side-lap, where covered by the metal sheet
• Apply sealing tape along the bottom and top end-lap
• Pre-drill 10 mm holes at crests where screws are positioned
• Fasten the screws from the first left side-lap through the pre-drilled holes
• Fasten the screws on the lower end-lap edge purlin

Fasten screws at the internal and upper edge purlins and corrugation crest as shown below:

• Do not over-tighten the screws
• Use Self-Drilling 5.5 mm x 50 mm (2”) screw + matched metal crest rider (storm washers) with gasket
• Use jigsaw or circular saw with fine tooth blades
• Apply high blade speed with moderate feeding rate
• Do not step directly on Lotus Trafford Sheet
• Use stepping boards
